1. How long does an order take to complete?
Turnaround time depends on the product and order size. Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Bulk orders may take longer depending on the quantity, and timelines will be confirmed after your order is reviewed.
2. Do you offer bulk items?
Yes, we do offer bulk items. If you are not seeing a bulk price listed on the website, please reach out to us at tsprintzja@gmail.com for a custom quote.
3. Do I have to pay upfront for custom items?
Yes. All custom items require payment before production begins.
For bulk orders, we require either:

100% payment upfront, or

70% upfront and 30% on or before the day of delivery
4. Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery using Knutsford Express and Zipmail. You may also contact us directly to arrange a delivery option that works best for you.
5. Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we only offer shipping within Jamaica. We do not ship internationally.
